Maille Muy Grande Grilled Wrap
Ingredients
- 1 pound (454 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, grilled, chopped
- Spinach or lettuce of choice
- ½ cup (100 g) Pepper Jack cheese, shredded
- ¼ cup (60 ml) Maille Mayonnaise de Dijon
- ¼ cup (60 ml) Maille Dijon Original mustard or to taste
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) lime juice
- 1 tsp (2.5 g) chili powder
- Red beans and corn to taste (approximately 2 tbs per wrap
- 4 (10 inch) whole wheat tortillas
- Cooking spray
- ½ cup (125 ml) thick and chunky mild salsa
- ¼ cup (60 ml) sour cream
Preparation
- Grill your chicken breast with a little olive oil, salt and pepper on all sides until done. Set aside and cool. Cut the chicken into thin strips.
- Combine grilled and chopped chicken breasts, shredded cheese, Maille Mayonnayse de Dijon, lime juice, chili powder, beans and corn. Mix to combine all the flavours.
- Spread Maille Dijon Original Mustard on each tortilla followed by a layer of spinach or lettuce. Spoon the chicken mixture down on the center of each tortilla fold in sides and then roll up burrito-style.
- Spray the grill with a little oil and lightly sear each wrap seam-side down for 3 minutes or until golden brown on all sides. Turn occasionally. Serve topped with salsa and sour cream.
