Maille mustard vinaigrettes for grilled veggies
Here are a few vinaigrettes VARIATIONS to bring out all the flavours of your grilled veggies

Ingredients
Basic Maille Vinaigrette Recipe
1/3 cup (70 ml) Maille Old Style Mustard or Maille Honey Dijon Mustard for a touch of sweetness
1/4 cup (60 ml) Maille Apple Cider Vinegar or Maille Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 cup (60 ml) olive oil
2 cloves garlic grated
Pinch of salt
OPTIONAL – Fresh herbs (like chives or rosemary) to taste
Maille Turmeric Honey Mustard Sauce
1/4 cup (60 ml) Maille Honey Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp (15 ml) tahini (or Greek yogurt)
1/4 tsp (0.5 g) ground turmeric
Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation
Grilling the veggies
- Heat a grill to medium-high and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Cut your favourite vegetables into similar sized chunks and thread onto skewers.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the skewers for approximately 8 minutes per side or until the vegetables are tender and lightly charred.
- Drizzle with your choice of vinaigrette :
