Maille Mustard Grilled Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 pound (454 g) new potatoes
- ¼ cup (60 ml) Maille Mayonnaise de Dijon
- ¼ cup (60 ml) Maille Old Style Mustard
- 1 tbsp + 1 tsp salt (18 g + 6 g)
- Black pepper to taste
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp (2 g) fresh rosemary, chopped
- Cooking spray or oil
- Sprigs of rosemary and salt flakes to taste
Preparation
- Boil the potatoes in a medium pot with 1 tbsp of salt. Bring to a boil over high heat; reduce the heat and simmer until the potatoes can be easily pierced with a fork, about 10 minutes. Drain and cool under cold running water. This step can be done ahead of time.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high.
- In a bowl, whisk together the Maille Mayonnaise de Dijon, Maille Dijon Mustard, the rest of the salt, pepper, garlic and rosemary.
- Slice the potatoes in half and add them to the Maille sauce. Toss gently to coat.
- Spray or oil the grill and place the potatoes on it. Cook covered for approximately 3 minutes or until grill marks appear. Turn the potatoes and grill for another 3 minutes until crisp.
- Serve with additional sprigs of rosemary or salt flakes to taste.
