Maille Mustard Grilled Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 pound (454 g) new potatoes
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) Maille Mayonnaise de Dijon 
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) Maille Old Style Mustard
  • 1 tbsp + 1 tsp salt (18 g + 6 g)
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp (2 g) fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Cooking spray or oil
  • Sprigs of rosemary and salt flakes to taste

Preparation

  1. Boil the potatoes in a medium pot with 1 tbsp of salt. Bring to a boil over high heat; reduce the heat and simmer until the potatoes can be easily pierced with a fork, about 10 minutes. Drain and cool under cold running water. This step can be done ahead of time.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the Maille Mayonnaise de Dijon, Maille Dijon Mustard, the rest of the salt, pepper, garlic and rosemary.
  4. Slice the potatoes in half and add them to the Maille sauce. Toss gently to coat.
  5. Spray or oil the grill and place the potatoes on it. Cook covered for approximately 3 minutes or until grill marks appear. Turn the potatoes and grill for another 3 minutes until crisp.
  6. Serve with additional sprigs of rosemary or salt flakes to taste.
