Maille BBQ Mustard Rabbit
Ingredients
- ½ cup (125 ml) Maille Dijon Original Mustard
- 4 shallots, finely chopped
- 1 tsp (5 g) sea salt
- 1 tsp (2 g) black pepper
- 2 tbsp (6 g) chopped parsley
- Nutmeg to taste
- 2 cloves, ground
- 1 tsp (2 g) dry Ginger, ground
- 2 tsp (2 g) fresh thyme, chopped
- 2 tbsp (6 g) dry tarragon
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) wine
- ¼ cup (60 ml) extra virgin olive oil
- 1 rabbit, cut into pieces
Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Add the rabbit and marinate for a minimum of 12 hours (or overnight) in the refrigerator.
- Grill over medium heat, basting regularly with the remaining marinade.
- Cook until the rabbit meat is pink, about 20 to 30 minutes
